Email Marketing Specialist Job Description

The email marketing specialist runs email campaigns that inform consumers and business partners of new products and services or company announcements. This role involves managing and segmenting contact lists using marketing automation software and tools such as Eloqua and Marketo for large organizations and HubSpot and Act-On for small businesses. Candidates for this role must have strong project management and copywriting skills, as well as working knowledge of HTML and website content management principles. Experience using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, is a plus.
