An accounts receivable analyst ensures the company receives payments for goods and services and correctly records these transactions. This position is vital for the financial cycle of the company and directly impacts cash flow and liquidity. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, with at least two to four years of experience in a related field. Employers look for candidates with experience using advanced Excel and other accounting software.
