Includes developing and implementing recruiting strategies, managing the recruitment process, and building relationships with potential candidates. Works closely with managers to understand their staffing needs and identify the best candidates for open positions. Plays a key role in diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring the organization’s workforce represents the communities it serves. Requires a background in HR and experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies, as well as conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build relationships with potential candidates and work effectively with managers.
