Helps internal managers develop job descriptions, uses range of network contacts to uncover potential talent, screens possible candidates, explores new sources to find active and passive candidates. Often advertises job vacancies, screens resumes and schedules candidate interviews. Seeks hiring managers’ feedback to continually enhance the recruiting and hiring process. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, as is working knowledge/experience with HR recruiting software, databases and platforms.
