HRIS Manager Job Description

Oversees the organization’s human resources information systems (HRIS) to ensure they function properly and meet the needs of the organization. Includes managing the day-to-day operation of the HRIS, as well as implementing new systems and processes as needed. Responsible for conducting regular audits and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as putting in place strategies to train and support users of the HRIS. Requires a deep understanding of HR processes and data, as well as experience working with HRIS software and tools. Excellent communication and project management skills are required to work effectively with other departments to ensure that the HRIS is integrated with other systems and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
