HRIS Analyst Job Description

Works closely with the HRIS manager to support the organization’s human resources information system (HRIS) and ensure it is effective and efficient. Includes conducting regular audits and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as implementing new systems and processes as needed. Responsible for providing technical support and training to users of the HRIS, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data. Requires a strong background in HRIS, with experience implementing and managing these systems. In addition to proficiency in relevant programming languages and databases, strong analytical skills and attention to detail are needed to accurately analyze and interpret HR data.
