Director of Total Rewards Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. Works closely with senior leadership and other HR team members to ensure that the organization’s total rewards packages are competitive and aligned with business goals. Requires a strong background in human resources, with a focus on compensation and benefits, plus knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Should have experience in developing and implementing total rewards programs, as well as managing budgets and analyzing market trends. Requires excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with senior leadership and other HR team members. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is typically required.
