Often advertises job vacancies, screens resumes and schedules candidate interviews. Seeks hiring managers’ feedback to continually enhance the recruiting and hiring process. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills are essential, as is working knowledge/experience with HR recruiting software, databases and platforms.
