Projects may focus on any functional HR area, such as implementing new payroll or employee recordkeeping software, researching incentives to improve staff productivity or retention, exploring and evaluating strategies to enhance recruitment and streamline the hiring process. Responsible for overall direction, coordination and execution of projects, including budget, work deadlines, staff coordination and progress reports to stakeholders. Requires expert HR knowledge and experience, strong communication, research and analytical skills, as well as exceptional project management capabilities.
