Responsible for managing a broad range of duties to support the daily operations of HR programs within an organization. Assists administration of payroll/compensation, recruitment, hiring and onboarding, benefits, employee performance, and training and development programs. Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are essential, as is knowledge of HR procedures and policies and employment-related regulations, filing and compliance requirements.
