    The Role

    • Lead assigned internal audit and control projects within the designated portfolio
    • Perform risk and control assessment and execute risk-based audit plans and programs
    • Liaise with business management and prepare internal audit reports to provide value-added and practical recommendations for internal control, operation efficiency, and performance improvements, with action plans formulated in liaison with relevant parties
    • Responsible for advising on internal controls and risk matters, and proactively recommend continuous improvement for efficient finance and commercial processes.
    • Handle ad-hoc assignments, e.g. fraud investigations

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
    • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience working in sizable company, BIG 4 experience will be a plus
    • HKICPA / ACCA qualified
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
    • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

    • <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company</span></strong></p><p>A growing and promising family office looking for Accountant / Senior Accountant to join their platform.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><ul><li>Monitor, analyze, and reconcile prepaid expenses, miscellaneous receivables, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts.</li><li>Prepare and post journal entries as needed.</li><li>Assist the Controller or management in tracking and forecasting expense activity.</li><li>Support operations personnel by calculating daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.</li><li>Contribute to monthly closings, annual budgets, audits, and system implementations.</li><li>Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.</li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts.</li><li>Continuously improve accounting and financial processes.</li></ul><ul><li>Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by management.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business from an accredited four-year college or university (preferred).</li><li>3-6 years of experience in a corporate accounting function.</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting competencies.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and competency in accounting software.</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Strong command of written and spoken English.</li></ul><ul><li>Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today </span></strong></p><p>To apply online (Word attachment only), please click the 'Apply' button.
