The Role

Lead assigned internal audit and control projects within the designated portfolio
Perform risk and control assessment and execute risk-based audit plans and programs
Liaise with business management and prepare internal audit reports to provide value-added and practical recommendations for internal control, operation efficiency, and performance improvements, with action plans formulated in liaison with relevant parties
Responsible for advising on internal controls and risk matters, and proactively recommend continuous improvement for efficient finance and commercial processes.
Handle ad-hoc assignments, e.g. fraud investigations

Your Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience working in sizable company, BIG 4 experience will be a plus
HKICPA / ACCA qualified
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good team player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

The Role<ul><li>Deliver digital projects as project manager role with appropriate methodology (Agile or Waterfall)</li><li>Understand business need, elicit requirements with multiple stakeholders, prepare user requirement documents</li><li>Identify valuable data sources and collaborate with IT team and data engineers to automate data pipeline</li><li>Collaborate with finance teams to develop forecasting models, scenario analysis, and predictive analytics capabilities</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify relevant business metrics and establish efficient data collection and reporting mechanisms</li></ul> Your Profile<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
