    • Handle payment investigations
    • Supervise and execute day-to-day supervision of remittance activities to enable efficient provision of services
    • Approve / release telex. SWIFT, RGTS, fax and correspondences through payments and customer services System and other IT applications
    • Handle new account opening and update customer data in the relative systems
    • Handle customer enquiries on all aspect of technical issues in relation to payments and customer services products

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor's degree holder
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in payment / treasury operations in the corporate banking sector

    • Detail-minded and works with a high degree of accuracy
    • Effective communication skills are key (written and verbal)
