The Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee all back-office operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fund setup, fund closing, workflow processes, NAV valuation review, pricing review, and financial reporting. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise a dedicated team and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all back-office operations, including:
o Fund setup and closing
o Workflow process management
o NAV valuation and pricing review

* Supervise a team of 3 professionals including:
o Price and position reconciliation
o Trade processing
o Cash settlement
o Corporate financial reporting

Your Profile
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance
- Over 10 years relevant working experience in Asset Management or proprietary investment operations or fund administrators
- CPA qualification is required. Working in Big 4 accounting firm is preferred
- Attention to detail, clean and accurate work, ability to work independently and multi-task
- Strong Leadership and coordinator skills
- Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English
