    My client is a leading asset management firm and they are looking for a ETF/Mutual fund accountant to join the team.

    The Role
    * Oversee daily operational processes, including fund accounting, trade processing, cash transfers, and fee payments for ETFs.
    * Prepare daily trade summaries, reconciliations, and NAV calculations.
    * Manage subscriptions, redemptions, and address client inquiries.
    * Ensure adherence to AML and other regulatory requirements.
    * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as trustees, fund administrators, custodians, and auditors, for service reviews and process improvements.
    * Handle interim reporting and meet fund auditing obligations.
    * Assist in the implementation of new projects and processes, including the launch of new funds and conducting UAT for new systems.
    * Streamline and standardize operational workflows to minimize risk, enhance controls, and improve efficiency.


    Your Profile
    * A minimum of 5 years of experience in ETF fund operations.
    * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    * Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
    * Responsible, curious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
    * Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
    * Strong interpersonal skills.
    * Interest in crypto/blockchain is a plus.
