Key Responsibilities:
Oversee consolidated and local financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP. Lead implementation and training for new standards.
Develop and maintain internal controls and standardized processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency.
Drive process improvements and manage onboarding of newly acquired entities. Implement SOX-compliant SOPs.
Lead and manage the finance outsourcing platform, ensuring quality, control, and timely deliverables.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.
Manage relationships with external auditors and contribute to internal audit processes.

Your Profile

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA, CPA, or equivalent certification required.
At least 15 years of financial management experience, including 8+ years in a leadership role within a multinational financial services environment.
Expertise in financial consolidation and reporting systems, with strong SAP and Excel skills.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
High ethical standards and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
