The Company
Our client is a MNC company and is urgently looking for Billing Officer to join the company. They are looking for a candidate to start immediately.

The Role
* Handle monthly billing invoices to customers, ensure the alignment with customer contract and operation of accounts receivable
* Calculate and adding any changes or notes to the invoices
* Work closely with sales team to review and discuss discrepancy and unusual invoices before send to customers
* Report differences between estimated and actual billing
* Assist in sending outstanding email to customers

Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline
* With at least 2 years relevant experience
* Familiar with SAP is a must
* Proficient in written and Spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
* Proficient in MS office applications including pivot tables, v-lookups and formulas
* Immediate Available is preferred
