The Company

Our client is a life insurance company in Hong Kong. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Product Development & Training to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in life insurance product development and are passionate about training and knowledge sharing.

The Role

Product Development:

Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of life insurance products to meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
Work closely with actuarial, marketing, compliance, and distribution teams to ensure smooth product implementation.

Product Training & Support:

Develop and deliver product training programs for internal stakeholders, including sales teams and distribution partners.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and product manuals to enhance product knowledge.
Provide ongoing product support and guidance to sales teams to improve product understanding and sales effectiveness.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in life insurance product development, training, or a related role.
Strong understanding of individual life insurance products, market trends, and regulatory landscape in Hong Kong.
Experience in developing training materials and conducting product training sessions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate different stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese
