My client (a well established life insurance) is looking for Two Senior Officer/ Officer. Both of them are new headcount. They are looking for someone with insurance sales support or administrative experiences.
The Role
* Conduct due diligence during the onboarding process of new agent applicants.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of operational protocols for agents' contracting and licensing.
* Contribute to projects within the Contracting & Benefits team.
* Supervise and guide the operations staff in their daily tasks.
* Prepare regular or special reports for management as needed to monitor the achievement of strategic objectives.
* Address general correspondence and respond to inquiries from agents.
Your Profile
* At least 2-3 years' sales support or administration experience in life insurance industry
* Independent with high flexibility
* Able to work independently and under pressure
* Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
* PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
