Our client is a leading banking group in Hong Kong, and they are currently looking Payment Operations Manager to join their expanding team.
The Role
- Handle payment investigations
- Supervise and execute day-to-day supervision of remittance activities to enable efficient provision of services
- Approve / release telex. SWIFT, RGTS, fax and correspondences through payments and customer services System and other IT applications
- Handle new account opening and update customer data in the relative systems
- Handle customer enquiries on all aspect of technical issues in relation to payments and customer services products
- Problem analysis and documentation of system errors as well as communication and control of internal and external software suppliers
- Assist in ad hoc projects
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Minimum 8 years of experience in payment / treasury operations in the corporate banking sector
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Detail-minded and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Effective communication skills are key (written and verbal)
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
