My client is a leading PE firm and they are now looking for a Finance Associate Director to join the team.

The Role
* Assist with portfolio tracking, performance evaluation, and risk management through comprehensive statistical analysis, collaborating closely with portfolio company CFOs.
* Serve as the primary contact for Finance Departments of portfolio companies.
* Analyze financial performances and variances based on monthly or quarterly financials, board reports, and KPIs for quarterly reporting, and conduct valuations of portfolio companies on a quarterly basis.
* Support the preparation of reports including the LP Report, NAV Report, and Partners Report.
* Work closely with portfolio companies on banking matters, regulatory changes, and related issues.
* Assist in the processes of new investments and divestments.
* Liaise with the Fund accounting team in Bermuda regarding investment activities, funding, and exit timing.
* Draft internal investment policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the Finance team in Sydney, responsible for bookkeeping and accounting for managing companies.
* Interface with Finance teams UK, HK, India, F-Prime Capital, and FMR.
* Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, along with quarterly performance reports comparing budget vs. actual results.
* Oversee travel and expense policies and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Oversee and manage the tax filing process for portfolio companies at the conclusion of sale processes.

Your Profile
* 10+ years of experience in a relevant field.
* Proficient in performing valuations and possessing strong financial modeling skills.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
* Experience with Private Equity or Venture Capital is advantageous.
* Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Proactive with strong communication skills regarding accounting issues, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards.
* Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines, demonstrating high energy and enthusiasm.
* Mature, flexible, and adaptable team player.
