Our client is a renowned MNC Company with HQ in the EUR. With their business expansion, they are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team.
The Role
- Act as the key finance business partner to drive the business revenue and profit
- Setting KPI to the sales team to achieve the sales target
- Lead sales management process on both strategic & operational level with cross functional stakeholders.
- Present the financial reports to all relevant stakeholders for business decisions with balance of business opportunities and associated risks.
- Deliver analysis and provide insights for performance drivers
Your Profile
- Degree holder in Accountancy related discipline
- 4-8 years of FP&A experience preferably in MNC
- Strong business partnering experience, ideally with experience partner with sales department
- Proactive, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication
