Our client is a Hong Kong-based fund house led by an industry veteran with extensive experience in managing prominent investment firms.
The Role
* Administrative and Secretarial Support: Provide comprehensive support to a senior executive, including:
o Personal and Household Management: Oversee personal and family household matters.
o Travel and Scheduling: Arrange travel, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars.
o Household Staff Management: Hire, manage, and coordinate with household staff.
o Business Correspondence: Handle business communications.
o Research and Projects: Conduct research for family projects.
o Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned.
* Office Administration:
o Record Keeping: Maintain files and records.
o Office Environment: Ensure upkeep and maintenance of the office space.
o Supply Management: Manage office supplies.
o Visitor Reception: Greet visitors and guests.
Your Profile
* Education: A University Degree holder is required.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an assistant handling both personal and business matters for senior executives, preferably for business owners. Project Management experience, including renovation projects, is preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
* Personal Qualities:
o Proactive and mature with strong organizational and time management skills.
o Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
o Ability to work well under pressure.
o Creative problem solver with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
o High professional standard of integrity and confidentiality.
