The dynamic team consists of 40 young professionals committed to innovation in the fintech sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administration independently, contributing to the company's growth and operational efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to work in a forward-thinking environment that values initiative and self-sufficiency.

    The Role

    • Oversee Daily Operations:Ensure efficiency and productivity in office procedures.
    • Manage Supplies:Maintain inventory levels and order new supplies as needed.
    • Facilitate Communication:Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow.
    • Handle Correspondence:Manage phone calls, emails, and communications professionally.
    • Organize Meetings:Schedule appointments, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
    • Maintain Equipment:Ensure proper servicing and repairs of office equipment.
    • Implement Policies:Enforce office procedures and ensure adherence to guidelines.
    • Assist in Budgeting:Track expenses and prepare financial reports.
    • Support Senior Management:Manage calendars, confidential information, and reports.
    • Ensure Clean Environment:Oversee cleaning staff and address maintenance issues.
    • Plan Events:Coordinate team-building activities and client meetings.
    • Serve as Contact Point:Provide solutions for office-related issues.
    • Ensure Compliance:Adhere to health, safety, and employment regulations.

    Your Profile

    • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Experience: 5-10 years in an office environment with office renovation or facilities management exposure
    • Skills: Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Chinese.
    • Tech Savvy: Interest in emerging technologies and familiarity with office software.
    • Independence: Ability to work remotely and independently.
