Design and develop engaging learning programs and materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and blended learning solutions. Deliver high-quality training programs and workshops to employees at all levels. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure ROI. Build strong partnerships with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
