<p>Reports to: Senior Manager Compliance Monitoring CED<br /><br />Principal Accountabilities and Duties:<br />* Monitor compliance procedures to ensure that operational procedures, internal <br />controls, and regulatory requirement are carried out; that appropriate records <br />are maintained and available to evidence compliance and protect the company; <br />and that a pro-active approach is followed to ensure issues are identified. <br />* Undertake an ongoing compliance monitoring program in the assigned CED <br />region and conduct appropriate audits of client and candidate files, both <br />electronic and hard copy to measure compliance with industry Regulations and <br />Legal requirements. <br />* Prepare reports documenting the outcome of the audits. Prepare clear<br />communication and timely insights to senior business stakeholders. Follow up all <br />remedial actions to ensure these have been effectively implemented and <br />document the outcomes as necessary. <br />* Organize and conduct operational compliance training as required and provide <br />technical guidance on discreet areas of compliance and promote best practices <br />across all regional operations. Effective collaboration and support should be <br />provided to the relevant staff (field, district office, management, and corporate <br />services), focusing on solutions, encouraging best practice, and demonstrating <br />effective business processes.
