Sven Hennige oversees Robert Half’s operations across Germany, France, and Switzerland. A true pioneer in the staffing industry, Sven has helped form and shape the company’s talent solutions business for more than two decades. Over the years he has been consistently engaged in topics such as workforce transformation and its impact on the labour and skilled talent market and staffing industry, including the impact of new technologies. Most recently, he led a successful joint market approach with our management consulting company Protiviti, which ultimately resulted in 2022 being Robert Half’s most successful business year in Germany to date.
Matt Weston strategically leads and develops Robert Half’s operations across the UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and UAE. Since joining the company in 1999, he has helped grow Robert Half’s world-class specialised staffing operations in Europe and the Middle East, including its UK-based Talent Solutions Centre.
