ERP Integration Manager Job Description

ERP integration managers oversee the implementation of, and lead improvement projects related to, an organization’s enterprise resource planning systems. ERP integration managers focus on researching and troubleshooting day-to-day issues with these systems and serve as the point of escalation for problems that may arise. These professionals are often required to manage a team of integration developers, organize and lead cross-functional initiatives that include IT and various business units, and coordinate with technology vendors. Employers typically seek candidates with three or more years of ERP implementation experience, exemplary project management skills and a thorough understanding of ERP solutions. SQL skills and software development experience are often preferred.

Demonstrating the feasibility of an ERP system configuration through proof of conceptsDocumenting system requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processesDeveloping and updating ERP technical instructions and user documentationCollaborating with key stakeholders to roll out new processes and functionality and drive ongoing process improvements
