Robert Half is among a select group to be honored as a Fortune® Most Admired Company™ for 27 consecutive years — and we are the only organization in our industry to achieve this distinction. The annual list is compiled from a survey of approximately 15,000 senior executives, directors and analysts who rated organizations in their own industry on nine criteria — from the ability to attract talent to social responsibility — to determine the best-regarded companies. Those considered include the 1,000 largest U.S. companies, ranked by revenue, and non-U.S. companies in Fortune’s Global 500 database with revenues of $10 billion or more. “Achieving this recognition for more than a quarter of a century is a testament to our purpose, our organizational culture and, most importantly, our employees,” said M. Keith Waddell, president and chief executive officer of Robert Half. “Our people across the globe, who embrace Robert Half’s values of integrity, inclusion, innovation and a commitment to success every day, make this honor possible year after year.”
In April 2024, Fortune again named Robert Half to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list. Protiviti, our global internal audit and consulting subsidiary, is included on the list. To determine the ranking, Great Place To Work® analyzed anonymous survey responses from more than 1.3 million employees from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies with at least 1,000 U.S. employees. Each company is rated based on their employees’ perspectives on trust, ability to reach their full human potential, company innovation and values, and effectiveness of their leaders. The survey also explored how employees’ experiences varied based on their job role, gender, race and ethnicity, payroll status, and other characteristics to gauge companies’ success in building and sustaining an inclusive workplace. Waddell said, “This recognition is a testament to our people first approach and inclusive workplace culture. We make it a priority to ensure the values that guide our company — integrity, inclusion, innovation and commitment to success — are deeply embedded in our workplace and align with our employees’ personal and professional goals.” In addition, Robert Half and Protiviti have also been selected once again as two of the Best Workplaces for Millennials in 2024. To determine this prestigious list, Great Place to Work® analyzed survey responses from nearly 510,000 millennial professionals employed at Great Place to Work Certified™ companies. Also in 2023, Fortune named Robert Half and Protiviti to its inaugural list of Fortune® America’s Most Innovative Companies. The ranking features companies at the forefront of innovation in three key areas: product, process and culture. It’s based on an independent survey of over 25,000 U.S. employees at more than 15,000 companies and input from experts in various fields. One of Robert Half’s investments in innovation is our award-winning Robert Half Mobile App. The app uses AI to simplify the job search for candidates and proactively recommend matching jobs, resulting in very high candidate placement rates. For the second year in a row, Fortune named Robert Half to the highly competitive Best Workplaces for Women™ list in October 2024.  The annual list is based on a survey of more than 600,000 women who work for Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies. Employees shared feedback about their organization’s culture, including issues of equal representation, career growth, fairness, trust and camaraderie. In addition to survey responses, organizational demographics were considered. At Robert Half, women comprise 54% of the global workforce.” Also, in September 2024, Robert Half learned that Fortune had named our company to the Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ list for the third consecutive year. (Protiviti is included on that list as well.) To determine the winners, survey responses from more than 157,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified™ companies in the consulting and professional services industry were analyzed, reflecting a comprehensive picture of their workplace experience. Companies were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of position, work status or other demographic identifiers.
