For our client, an international company based in Amsterdam, we are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/x). In this role, you will work closely with the local customer service desk to support the implementation of the sales strategy. Your focus will be on providing authentic and exceptional customer service and support, managing both internal and external customer orders, enquiries, and information requests.
As the key interface between the market and the internal organisation, you will co-execute operational sales processes while applying a differentiated service strategy. Orders and enquiries will be managed using SAP.
