    The role:

    - Serving as a legal point of contact for the business across a wide range of matters, often with a cross-border element, including transactional and contentious work .

    - Drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial contracts, which may include sale and purchase, manufacture and supply, leasing and maintenance agreements

    - Preparing or reviewing NDAs, engagement letters, term sheets, intra-group agreements and any other documents.

    - Engaging, managing and coordinating external legal counsel

    - Conducting legal research and tracking regulatory changes to ensure company is up to date with the latest legislative and regulatory requirements

    - Developing and implementing legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

    - Maintaining and improving corporate governance framework.

    - Identifying and mitigating legal risks

    - Maintaining a repository of executed documents

    - Providing any other support, including corporate secretarial support and assistance with annual filings

    - Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team (including General Counsel) and other internal and external stakeholders.
