    Are you an experienced and results-driven Web Applications Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you have a strong track record managing websites, apps, and digital platforms to deliver exceptional user experiences?

    We are partnering with a prestigious heritage and visitor attraction to recruit a Web Applications Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development and optimisation of digital products that connect global audiences with a world-renowned organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the organisation's website, managing hosting, maintenance, and agency relationships, while ensuring content is regularly updated across departments.
    • Provide technical input and support for the development of a new SharePoint intranet and multimedia guide app.
    • Monitor digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, delivering insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance user experience.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital product strategies with organisational goals.
    • Leverage tools such as Dynamics CRM and Mailchimp to optimise digital content delivery and engagement.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience in Website and Application Management, with a strong focus on websites and apps.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Dynamics CRM, and Mailchimp.
    • Strong technical skills with a track record of driving digital performance and user experience improvements.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
    • A passion for heritage, culture, and delivering impactful digital solutions.
