    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 8–10 years in corporate tax and tax planning roles, preferably with publicly listed companies or CPA firms.
    • Deep familiarity with North American tax regulations across federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
    • Proven expertise in tax compliance, planning, and advisory for multiple legal entities.
    • Previous experience as a tax manager or tax advisor with a strong understanding of financial reporting and tax audit preparation.

    Skillset:

    • Exceptional analytical capabilities: Effectively resolve complex tax matters.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills: Engage team members, leadership, and external advisors.
    • Proficiency in tax software and financial systems.
