    Our Edmonton-based client is looking for a Warehouse Administrative Coordinator to support their operations in a contract role. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with warehouse operations, and an ability to manage vendor relationships. This position is perfect for someone who works well autonomously, is easy-going, and can handle the fast-paced demands of warehouse and shipping coordination.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receiving and shipping products (up to 55 lbs)
    • Perform cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
    • Onboard and train new warehouse staff
    • Manage vendor relations and handle warranty and service licensing inquiries
    • Coordinate international shipping and maintain shipping schedules
    • Utilize the ticketing system to track issues and requests
    • Ad-hoc duties as requsted


    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Experience with NetSuite Oracle ERP and ServiceNow software
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
    • Ability to manage vendor relations effectively
    • Knowledge of shipping schedules and international shipping processes
