    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage HR-related audits and ensure the organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.

    • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
    • Conduct investigations, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Maintain organized and secure HR records and documentation.
    • Collaborate with Health & Safety teams to manage workplace injury claims and compliance with Workers’ Compensation requirements.
    • Support employee engagement initiatives, including administering surveys and action planning.
    • Oversee external HR vendors and service providers to ensure quality and efficiency.
    • Administer bonus programs, KPI tracking, and performance management processes.
    • Drive the development and execution of training, development, and succession planning programs.
    • Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and corporate requirements.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational objectives.


    • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Human Resources Manager.
    • Advanced expertise in payroll and benefits management using ADP Financial Services.
    • Proficient in ADP Workforce Now for talent management, time tracking, and benefits administration.
    • Familiarity with HR software such as Ceridian and HRMS for efficient employee data management.
    • Hands-on experience with About Time for workforce and time tracking solutions.
    • Strong background in managing and administering employee benefits programs.
    • Skilled in compensation administration, including developing and implementing effective pay structures.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of compliance standards and legal HR requirements.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace.
