- Coordinate and manage contracts within the Automotive industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners, both English and French-speaking.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts, ensuring accessibility and retrieval as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in contract management.
- Provide administrative support as required, including data entry, scheduling, and correspondence.
