In this role, you will lead and support a team of 7 employees, handling day-to-day accounting operations for two entities with combined annual revenue of approximately $60 million. You’ll oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and inter-company transactions. Financial Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare, review, and oversee accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with ASPE standards.</li><li>Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.</li><li>Collaborate with external accounting firms for year-end working papers and tax file submissions.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Cash Flow Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor, analyze, and manage cash flows to ensure obligations are met while optimizing resources.</li><li>Review and oversee annual ACR submissions to financial institutions.</li></ul><p><strong>3.
