Typical financial reporting accountant duties:
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and comprehensive income statements, in accordance with CGAAP.Perform journal entries to record financial transactions accurately and consistently.Close the general ledger at month-end and year-end, ensuring timely completion of financial reporting cycles.Assist with the preparation of financial reports for regulatory bodies or other stakeholders (as required).
