    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Communication: Educate and resolve deficiencies with issuers and outside counsel regarding legal documentation.
    • Document Management: Oversee the receipt and proper execution of all required legal documents for secondary offerings.
    • Exception Processing: Manage special processing requests efficiently to complete client events.
    • Client Support: Assist clients with legal requirements, troubleshooting, and service needs related to closing events.
    • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with various business partners to identify and document business needs and objectives.
    • Procedure Review: Provide constructive feedback and support for updating and improving departmental procedures.


    Skills and Competencies:

    • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, especially in client-facing situations.
    • Legal Document Interpretation: Ability to review and interpret complex legal documents.

    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
