Responsibilities: • Collaborate with multiple teams on projects of varying scopes, ensuring the successful and timely completion of each project. • Lead the support for new projects, implementations, integrations, and handoffs to other teams. • Maintain and improve network security infrastructure, including firewalls, NAC, IPS, and other network-based security systems. • Conduct thorough reviews, audits, and remediation of network security devices for compliance with standards. • Handle requests from other teams and business units efficiently and professionally. • Analyze and diagnose reports of network security problems, documenting root cause, providing recommendations for remediation, and performing corrective actions. • Work closely with vendors for problem escalation and resolution. • Assist with vulnerability remediation and perform security hardening of network security systems. • Provide troubleshooting support, diagnose problems, document root cause, and perform corrective actions. • Design and implement processes to ensure high availability of all systems. • Develop a working knowledge of the business side and interface effectively with all user areas. • Demonstrate an understanding of the business impact of system changes and coherently explain and relate their impact to the affected users. • Document internal support processes, procedures, and build runbooks for new systems.
