    We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to be a part of our team in the manufacturing industry located in Sartell, Minnesota, United States. The role entails managing and overseeing the accounts payable processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all transactions, and supervising the Accounts Payable team.

    Responsibilities
    • Supervise the Accounts Payable team, providing continuous training and coaching.
    • Handle and process supplier invoices in the Accounts Payable ERP system.
    • Oversee the distribution of work within the team, ensuring workload balance.
    • Manage supplier payment processing and conduct scheduled check runs.
    • Act as the primary contact for complex supplier inquiries.
    • Monitor and maintain precise records and control reports.
    • Lead the monthly Accounts Payable close processes.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for process and procedure improvements.
    • Analyze and evaluate reports to identify trends and inefficiencies.
    • Maintain accountability for productivity goals within the team.
    • Proven experience in Account Coding for a manufacturing industry
    • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
    • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is highly desired
    • Experience with Concur is a plus
    • Ability to handle Data Processing tasks effectively
    • Solid understanding of general Accounting Functions
    • Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Knowledge of Accrual Accounting principles
    • Prior experience in Auditing would be beneficial
    • Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
    • Proven ability to manage Vendor Relationships effectively
