<p>We are looking for a skilled Technical Artist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will contribute to the development of interactive and visually engaging assets for a healthcare education platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Unity and 3D asset workflows, with a focus on creating high-quality visuals optimized for performance on lower-end hardware. </p><p><br></p><p>This will be 100% remote, and is allocated for 35 hours per week.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Develop and optimize 3D assets within Unity to ensure seamless integration and functionality.</p><p>• Manage Unity’s humanoid workflows, including animation controllers and prefabs, to enhance project performance.</p><p>• Convert and integrate 3D assets using appropriate file formats while maintaining visual fidelity.</p><p>• Collaborate with artists and developers to balance realism and performance objectives.</p><p>• Optimize assets to meet performance standards on lower-end hardware without compromising quality.</p><p>• Make strategic decisions regarding realism and stylization to align with project deadlines and goals.</p><p>• Utilize Autodesk tools such as Maya or 3ds Max for asset creation and refinement.</p><p>• Apply scripting knowledge in Python/Pymel and C# to streamline workflows and enhance functionality.</p><p>• Ensure all assets meet technical requirements and adhere to performance benchmarks.</p>
