    We are seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Administrator to become an integral part of our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals and Social Assistance industry, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Systems Administrator, you will have a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing and maintaining our IT systems. You will be expected to handle technical tasks including but not limited to, managing Microsoft 365, AD, DNS, NPS, GP, Azure, Virtualization, and high availability systems, and supervising technical teams. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.


    Responsibilities:

    • Administer the Microsoft 365 platform to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization

    • Oversee Active Directory operations, including DNS and NPS, to ensure secure and efficient access to network resources

    • Manage Azure and other cloud technologies to facilitate remote access and data storage

    • Ensure the maintenance and operation of our virtualization and backup technologies, prioritizing system uptime and data integrity

    • Handle SAN (Storage Area Network) operations, focusing on storage optimization and data protection

    • Oversee firewall technologies including Cisco and Meraki, to ensure network security

    • Ensure high availability of systems, aiming for 24x7, 365 system uptime

    • Supervise and manage technical teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

    • Utilize AB Testing and Net Promoter Score strategies to improve system performance and user satisfaction

    • Maintain management information systems to support decision-making and strategic planning.

    • A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a Systems Administrator role or similar position within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry.

    • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, demonstrating a strong understanding of the application and management of these technologies.

    • Well-versed in Cloud Technologies, with the ability to implement and manage cloud-based systems effectively.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Firewall Technologies, with the capacity to ensure the security of our systems.

    • Experience in AB Testing, demonstrating an ability to optimize system performance.

    • Expertise in Active Directory, showcasing a strong skillset in managing and maintaining directory services.

    • Proficiency in Backup Technologies, ensuring the safety and security of our data.

    • Familiarity with Office 365, with the ability to manage and troubleshoot issues within this platform.

    • Strong knowledge of DNS, demonstrating the ability to manage and maintain our domain name system.

    • Experience with Azure, showcasing a capability to utilize this platform to its fullest extent.

    • Proficiency in Virtualization, demonstrating a strong understanding of creating and managing virtual versions of our devices or network resources.

    • Familiarity with the Net Promoter Score, showcasing an ability to use this tool for customer satisfaction measurement.

    • Experience with SAN - Storage Area Network, demonstrating a strong understanding of managing and maintaining our storage area network.

    • Knowledge of Meraki, with the ability to effectively implement and manage this tool.

    • A strong background in Management Information Systems, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of managing and implementing these systems.
