    Job Summary:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3-5 years of experience managing business applications, particularly iManage, eRooms, Confluence, and Jira, in an enterprise environment.
    • Proficiency in application administration and support, including custom workflows and system optimizations.
    • Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and troubleshooting tasks.
    • Experience in monitoring and tuning the performance of business-critical systems.
    • Basic understanding of networking principles, security practices, and system integrations.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and provide end-user support.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

    Preferred Skills:
