In this role, you will play a crucial part in a business transformation project, focusing on data management, business process documentation, and workflow optimization. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.


    Responsibilities:

    • Streamline workflows, identify and implement improvements to support project objectives.

    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data for the transformation project through thorough cleaning, validation, and organization.

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and design efficient, scalable solutions.

    • Maintain an accessible, controlled version of process documentation to ensure project success.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure that process documentation accurately reflects operational needs.

    • Document current business processes and anticipate future-state business processes to support transformation initiatives.

    • Identify and correct data inconsistencies to ensure consistent process alignment.

    • Applicants must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Higher Education industry.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential.

    • A strong understanding of Business Process Functions is required.

    • Experience with Data Lineage is highly valued.

    • Candidates should have experience creating and managing Reporting Dashboards.

    • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a prerequisite for this role.
