    The Marketing Manager, North America, is responsible for delivering marketing programs for key segments and products in the region. This includes developing and executing marketing campaigns and demand generation programs for current and new products within our client's formulations portfolio. This role reports to the Director of Strategic Marketing.


    General Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute compelling marketing strategies and programs for key products and segments to drive customer engagement, demand generation, and sales pipeline growth.
    • Create and manage execution of all integrated marketing tactics, including digital and social strategies, for prioritized programs.
    • Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop training, tools, and marketing collateral that foster customer and channel partner engagement.
    • Achieve annual demand generation and financial goals (measured by lead generation, sales pipeline growth, and business growth).

    Specific Duties:

    • Build and execute marketing programs to engage distributors, direct customers, and end customers across the value chain.
    • Implement demand generation strategies and tactics to generate qualified leads.
    • Enable the sales team with tools and assets to create new opportunities and nurture pipeline prospects.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to develop value-added content and tools, including application profiles, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies.
    • Design and execute digital and social media strategies to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
    • Drive the execution of launch packages for new products.
    • Measure the impact of marketing programs and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
    • Provide input into marketing planning, program development, and calendar creation.
    • Recommend media buys and ensure timely progress of marketing projects.

    Qualifications:


    Education:

    • MBA (preferred).
    • Degree in Business, Communications, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.

    Experience:

    • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or marketing communications within specialty chemicals or related industries.
