    Reporting and Tracking:

    • Own responsibility for meeting assigned quotas and sales goals and effectively tracking results.


    Qualifications:

    • B2B Business Development or sales in the advertising, marketing or professional services industries. 
    • Proven track record of successfully selling and securing business engagements, with measurable results.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot (preferred), Salesforce, or Pardot.
    • Experience using lead generation tools like ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Navigator.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales strategies from concept to execution, including campaign planning.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate strategies, sales approaches, and results.
