We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Account Coordinator in Concord, California. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team in the industry, focusing on customer service, communication, and operations.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and proactively communicating with them.
• Utilize various tools and resources to implement process efficiencies and maintain consistency across the network.
• Collaborate with operations teams to standardize tasks and execute processes effectively and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing updates related to exception management.
• Review and analyze internal and customer data, including customer-aligned KPIs, for quality and accuracy.
• Execute customer workflows, preferences, and SOPs to create efficient, cost-effective solutions for the customer.
• Manage conflicts and navigate difficult conversations with customers using tact and diplomacy.
• Participate in the execution of the customer pricing strategy set by the account management team.
• Provide ongoing issue resolution through communication with the customer, offering options and alternative solutions.
• Leverage technology to monitor order statuses and initiate corrective action when exceptions occur.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience with Reporting methods and procedures
• Proven experience in Training and development
• Knowledge of Operations and Quality management
• Understanding of Pricing strategies
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
• Ability to manage relationships with Stakeholders

• Experience working with Suppliers and managing relationships
