We are looking for a Senior Engineer to own and advance our Microsoft 365 environment and core business application platforms. This role is well suited to a technically hands-on leader with deep expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, enterprise reporting, and collaboration governance. <br> You will act as the firm’s primary authority on Microsoft 365 and related systems, partnering closely with IT, Finance, and Operations to deliver secure, reliable, and well-governed solutions that enable attorneys and business professionals to work efficiently. <br> Key Responsibilities: -Administer the firm’s Microsoft 365 tenant, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. -Define and enforce governance standards for Teams, M365 Groups, external sharing, and lifecycle management. -Ensure security, compliance, and identity controls meet firm and client requirements. -Design and manage SharePoint Online architecture, site provisioning, permissions, and information structure. -Support collaboration spaces and intranet initiatives while maintaining consistency and control. -Manage the firm’s SSRS environment and associated reporting infrastructure. -Support and govern Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI where applicable. -Establish environment strategy, DLP policies, and solution lifecycle management. -Evaluate and support Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio capabilities with appropriate governance. -Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to support key platforms such as Aderant and CRM solutions (e.g., Tre AI). <br> What's in it for you: -Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance -401(k) with match -PTO -Profit Sharing -Hybrid Work Environment -Salary: $135k - $175k
