    Robert Half is searching for a Workday Project Manager to support a large enterprise construction company based in Seattle, WA. This Workday Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Sr. PM on the team and tackling Workday projects. This position is Hybrid in Seattle preferred but open to remote candidates.     Duration: Through September 2025 with potential to extend

    Schedule: Monday – Friday 9AM-4PM PST

    Location: Local PST – Seattle based preferred to go onsite

    Pay: $85-$90/hourly

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Will work alongside their Sr. PM on the following Workday projects.
    • HR Master Data – they are moving to having Workday being their System of Record for all employee data.
    • Integrate Vista by Viewpoint into the current payroll system.
    • Implement Workday as the "single source of truth" where employee data is stored and updated in a central location for UKG and Passport
    • Own the data mapping process and run EIB’s with support from their Workday Administrators
    • Own the documentation of updated and new business processes related to this projects
    • Take ownership of documentation because they do not have capacity on the current team and are falling behind with this important task.

    Required skills:

    Proven Senior-level Workday PM experience

    Expert experience managing following Workday HCM related projects

    • HR Master Data
    • Data Conversion
    • Data Mapping – including running EIB’s
    • Business Process Documentation

    Proven experience with following PM tasks -

    • Writing project plans
    • Working with executive stakeholders
    • Working with internal and external technology teams
    • Some requirements gathering and analysis
    • Resource allocation
    • Timelines and milestones management

    Agile or Waterfall experience
